The hotel rooms were a pleasure to behold with views from multiple corners, but unfortunately lacked a kettle for hot water, coffee, or tea. The service was exceptional with polite and attentive staff, although some technical mistakes caused inconveniences. The location was near perfect, close to many attractive places in a beautiful section of the city, ideal for shopping in London's west end. The dining experience was a mix of perfection and disappointment, with delicious food but occasional lukewarm dishes. The facilities were well-equipped and convenient.

The dining experience is tasty but could see improvements in serving temperatures. The facilities are beautiful, enhancing the overall stay.
The hotel had some positive aspects like a fantastic location near Harrods and Hyde Park but lacked flexibility regarding late checkout and showed a lack of cleanliness in the rooms.
