mixed feelings about this stay

dirty rags cashmere sweaters
i found the housekeeping service to be quite lacking. i returned to my room after breakfast to find a bag of dirty rags and garbage placed directly on my open suitcase.. the bag sat on top of my hermès scarf and cashmere sweaters. i feel the housekeeping showed no respect for guest belongings. this incident made me uneasy about the overall sanitation practices.

The hotel rooms are quiet. I could not hear anything. the beds were comfortable. the breakfast area offered many options and the food tasted delicious..

Breakfast was acceptable, the selection of pastries met my expectations.
I prepaid for my stay, I thought THAT would guarantee a certain level of service. I was wrong. I was NOT informed of this before my arrival. The staff seemed disinterested in assisting with basic tasks, it was quite disappointing.

The Executive King Room was beautiful and spacious. It had everything I needed. The bathroom was particularly amazing. It featured heated floors, a deep soaking tub, and luxurious toiletries!!!
The gym, while adequate, could use a few more weight machines.
